Lower back pain, discomfort in lower right abdomen?

over a week ago my back started to feel sore, constantly nauseous, and felt like i was coming down with the flu. two days later i started to get a dull, aching pain in my lower back that wouldn’t go away. about four days after onset, upset stomach and flu like symptoms subsided. only to be replaced with heartburn and slight pain when *********. took three days worth of antibiotic which made the pain go away when *********. heartburn went away soon after. all the while still had constant pain in lower pain and slight pain/discomfort in lower right abdomen.finally went to the doc, did urine test, blood work, ct scan of pelvis and abdomen. urine test and blood work came back fine. ct found cyst on ovary and 1mm to 2mm kidney stones in both kidneys. went to my pcp and he didn’t think that the cyst or kidney stones were causing my pain. said they were both too small. thought instead i just strained my back. he prescribed me mobic and skelarin (muscle relaxers) been taking them for about three days. and none of the pain in my back or abdomen has subsided.
has anyone experience anything similar to this, or know what may be causing me this pain?
the ct already ruled out appendicitis
also today i developed a pain in my upper right thigh

I have the same symptoms, minus the sickness, I think mine is a bladder infection thats been going on for a while also im pregnant but that has nothing to do with it. When i have my prenatal checkups and they do urine samples each time they never call back with any results. U should really go to another doctor and get a second opinion. Not to scare you but it could be somewhat serious. Ps. dont go back to the doctor who gave you muscle relaxers, clearly it’s more serious than a back strain. Try and take minimal medicine, Some doctors like to use patients as lab rats, its true trust me. Go find out whats wrong and find a natural remedy online before taking meds, and research the meds before taking them if you do have to take them. Tell your doctor which meds u want to take depending on which ones YOU feel comfy with okay! You’ll be fine.
