The balance problem could be from an inner ear infection. I don’t know what the speaking problem could be from. The headaches could be from a sinus infection and the chest pain could be from congestion. I would suggest going back to the doctor.

many variables from info shown, start with what shape you’re in fitness wise, healthy bmi, healthy diet, routine fitness, from sniffles, dress warmer in layers , pair of wool socks, and sweater, pain in chest could be heartburn, but with being out of breathe, could be type of pneumonia, and should check with your doctor for penicillins or derivative,

if your doctor says you appear to be ok, other symptoms may not appear from basic diagnoses, the habitat or environment you live in could also be constant factor, molds and mildew, toxic chemicals like cleaners, causing symptoms to re-occur then go away,

anxiety may cause stress related elements, but not actual cold/ flu symptoms, that may be where you want to update your diet to b12 complex, omega3-6-9 oils(fish, grains), more fruits and vegetables, and multi vitamin, go for walks outdoors, cut back on junk greasy fatty oil foods like pop and spiced flavored chips, unknowns like smoke and %, get basic 6-8 hours sleep,

headaches and pinched neck, suggest heavy lifting, thus causing other symptoms to increase as well, the brain requires oxygen and circulatory system to be working, when you short those out, by increasing pressure on nerves or veins in neck area, your whole system reacts, and rest is constant requirement,
