Pain near left ovary, and weight gain mostly on that side, pregnancy?

Its been 12 weeks since I had unprotected ***. I have had two periods, and pain in my ovaries which I know can be ovulation. But in the last week I have noticed an increase of weight on only my left side. and a dull stitch of pain on my left side near ovary/and lower back. I do have a bit of scoliosis which means that I have one hip higher than normal and sometimes weight does look uneven, but it seems REALLY uneaven. My left side is larger than my right and the dull pain is only on the left. Could I be 12 weeks pregnant?. I have no symptoms at all other than the weight gain. I suffer from IBS as well, but I am tuned in well to that pain and my stomach getting swollen from food only. my diet has not changed, so what do you think? Just asking, I know I could see a doctor and will try too!

maybe you have an ovarian cyst. they can cause pain like that & weight gain sometimes too. have your dr do an ultrasound for that.

Please see your doctor, especially if your pain gets worse - you could have an Ectopic pregnancy which is dangerous.

If you have had 2 periods you are unlikely to be pregnant, but if you have pain, see your doctor.

that sounds like either an ovarian cyst or an ectopic pregnancy to me. Ectopic pregnancies can be very dangerous if they rupture, and cysts can often be treated. I would try to get in for an ultrasound as soon as possible. Women with ectopic pregnancies often still have their periods.
