i have visible left sided chest and shoulder veins accompanied by chest pains.what could this be?

   I am not a doctor but there are plenty on this site that will give you all the wrong answers, so my answer is to see a doctor for some good advice.

   You’re not serious are you?

   Go see a doctor right away, or call 911 for god’s sake.

   But I really think you can’t be serious.

   If you are having left side chest pains and distended veins, I’d strongly urge you to seek immediate medical attention!
   CALL AN AMBULANCE

   If this is new..go to the Emergency room..If it is not sudden make an appt with your Dr. You could have blocked veins and the blood is struggling to get through and can’t so it backs up and causes the veins to swell.

   Yes, please see a doctor! I had chest pains and turned out I had pleurisy. It could be serious or minor, but it needs to be checked out!

   Hmmm…

   You are having blurred vision, fatigue, veins are showing. Please go into the ER. But if you feel you can wait, then it’s up to you.
