Does anyone know what this might be?

My husband has been having a pain in his lower left abdomen for the past 5 days. He says that it feels like a sharp pain that hurts the worst when stretches, moves, walks…etc. We are not sure if this has anything to do with the pain, but we have noticed after he eats noodles (lol) or pasta ect, he gets the pain. Does anyone have a clue what this might be? I dont think its his appendix because 99% of the time people have their appendix on the right side and his pain is on the left. Please help!

ok it was my 17th birthday yesterday and it ****** so bad because not only was i alone on a rainy day i had the worst pain everrrrr in my stomach but i dont know if it was my appendix or not it was on the left side just in from my hip and it felt like an arrow was through me if i curled in a ball for 5 mins it would stop abit then when id stand up id be in agony same as if i stood up for a while i could hardly sit down, what was this i had it from when i woke up at 8am till 9pm and the back of my left hip started to get achey i feel better to day but i remember the night before it i was feeling i needed to vomit i dont want it to happen again felt like i was being stabbed non stop for over 12 hours

left-sided stomach/colon pain?

i get this weird left sided, lower colon-area stomach pain from time to time. I’ve been told i have IBS and take meds for that, but this is like a dull ache and it feels better when im curled up in a ball and worse when i lay down or lay on my left side. any ideas or help? and the appendix has already come out

I have an ovarian cyst and was told it would go away after my period. Now my other ovary is cramping?

I recently was diagnosed with an enlarged right ovary and a ovarian cyst of about 3 cm after i went to the hospital in pain thinking it was my appendix. So i went to the OB-GYN and he told me it should go away after he gave me some pills to start my period. I had my period, and now, a couple days later my left (other) ovary is hurting (cramping) like I’m on my period. Also, my lymph nodes in my pelvic area and very swollen and hurts to walk. Could I have developed another cyst in my left? (although he told me the cause of the cyst was not having a period).What could this be? (is it normal?)

What is causing this sharp pain?

Ok i woke up today and i have a sharp pain on the left and right side of my lower gut, around the spot where the appendix is, but on both sides. I went to eat yesterday at a buffett called Golden Corral or something but i dont know if thats a reason. Whats causing this sharp pain? try to be specific ( dont answer like this; ex: “maybe you ate something bad”)

Pain in the lower left abdomen?

it just started recently, but I’m having some pain near my lower left abdomen, right next to the hip bone. I wouldn’t call it severe, but it is uncomfortable. Any ideas on what it is? because I can’t remember if the appendix is on the left or right side.

i have it all night and all day today. is it myu kidneys? is it my ovaries? is it appendix. what could it be. is it just gas? i had bowel movements.. no help. i am extrermely emetiphobic. (phobia of vomiting) so i am worried if i have kidney stones or something, that it will make me vomit. help!?

Upper abdominal pain for 5 days now, sharp pains?

My girlfriend has had upper abdominal pains for about a week now and I’m starting to get worried, I posted a question before and I’m not too sure what happened about it. She describes her pain as someone stabbing her in her upper middle abdominal, just below the ribs. It seems constant, I’ve been giving her 800 motrin to ease the pain but it only seems to come back soon after, she is going to the hospital tomorrow morning but I can’t help but worry. Any ideas on what could possibly be wrong? I’ve been reading a lot about gull blatter issues, but lasting this long? It just happened a few days into her period, her period has been over for a few days now and the pain has been persisting.
She is very stubborn.. it took me a while to convince her to even go the the hospital.

And yes she still has her appendix, and has explained to me that she has never had this pain before, or any type of pain like this. She’s been eating okay without any issues, and she hasn’t had a fever or any headaches but she has felt like throwing up a few times.
Oh, she also explained putting pressure on that area eases the pain as well.. so I guess that could be a sign of something wrong in that area? I’m so clueless.
