chest pain?

i have been having this pain on the left side of my chest…its a sharp pain and i have never felt anything like it…its in the general area above my left ******. i am 19, what could this possibly be. Its been like this for like 4 hour now.

I’m 19 and I have chest pain — PLEASE HELP?

I asked this before, but I don’t think I did a good job of explaining this problem.

I’m having some chest discomfort around my left rib cage/breastbone area. I have no idea what it is; I went to the ER last night just to check it out and they just did an EKG and said my heart looked fine and there was nothing wrong with it; plus, I had my blood taken 2 months ago for a standard physical and they said it looked great. However, I’m still in some pain — when I turn my neck a specific way it hurts and occasionally hurts my back; it’s like a pulsing pain in my chest that is not constant. It usually occurs when I’m sitting down; right now I’m just looking at the computer and it’s a pulsing pain around the middle/left side of my chest that occasionally goes to my left armpit - sometimes to my right chest. I’m glad it isn’t my heart, but I still have no idea what the problem is. Could it be from stress? This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I don’t smoke, or lift weights. Please he

Chest and ****** Pain (more detail)

This is in response to my previous post.

I went to the doctor for having bad chest pain and left shoulder pain and a little bit dizzy. They did a physical and an EKG. Everything was perfect they said. That was about a week ago. The pain in my chest is still here, and it’s more in my ****** then my upper cheat. Left arm and shoulder pain is still there!

Can anybody shed a little light on this situation? Didn’t know if anybody experienced anything like this? Maybe a pinched nerve? I’m sort of a worrier, and the doctors don’t seem to know anything (strange), so I’m just asking for a little help! Thank you!!

chest pain anyone know what it is?

im getting a really strange chest pain and its freaking me out. yesterday during track practice a friend picked me up when i asked him to ***** my back and when he put me down i had a strange pain. its above my left **** and it hasn’t gone away. it’s not a throbbing pain but everytime i move i feel it. does anyone know what it is, or how i can get rid of it? is it possibly just a pulled muscle or something? I don’t smoke or anything like that and im 15 if that helps? i also don’t have asthma.

Having chest pain on left side, also left arm. Had EKG about month ago, they said norm. Should persue further?

Also had an x-ray in that trip that came out as normal– are there other tests I should persue, or this this something that is somewhat normal? Pain is very dull.

sharp chest pains after starting birth control?

i just started taking trinessa (generic brand of ortho tricyclen lo) and i’ve only taken 2 pills..but i woke up this morning with awful sharp chest pain on the left side of my chest…and it hasnt gone away all day. They get worse if i lay down..and sometimes make me have shortness of breath, but not to the extent to where i could pass out or anything. And i dunno if this is me worrying but my left arm/hand will get a little tingly feeling sometimes…is this normal orr do i need to stop taking this and contact my doctor? thanks!

I have pain on the right side of my chest?

I have had this pain for a few years. It has gotten worse. It is on the right side in the middle and kinda out my back. i’ve had my gallbladder looked it and it isnt that. the dr just tells me to ice it. and that dont work. it is really painful. just wondering if someone else had any ideas for me before i change dr’s and get second opion.

Chest pain/Lower back pain after drinking alcohol?

Recently (within the past month) I’ve been having moderate to severe lower back pain and chest pain after consuming any amount of alcohol. I have never previously had any problems. What could be causing this?
Yes, I know the obvious solution is to “stop drinking”, but I’m just curious as to what could be causing it exactly.

Shooting pain under my left ******?

Recently (as of today) I’ve been having a shooting pain under my left ******. I’m not sure if it’s chest pain since the pain resides deep inside my ******.
I was thinking it could be maybe poor support of a bra? (I’m a 36 D or DD)
The pain goes and comes back, just wondering if anybody knew what could be causing this?
If the pain worsens, I’ll see the doctor tomorrow.
