chest pain?

i have been having this pain on the left side of my chest…its a sharp pain and i have never felt anything like it…its in the general area above my left ******. i am 19, what could this possibly be. Its been like this for like 4 hour now.

well this started like three days ago i feel a sharp pain on my lower left side where i would usually get cramps. i feel the baby move but it feels really strong and since that pain started it kinda hurts to even walk. and a lilltle to go to the restroom. does someone know why or should i go to the dr asap. i have my dr appointment in like two weeks but dont know if i should wait that long. at night its really hard to sleep because of the pain.

Chest pain while running?

I’m an 18 year old, 6′ tall, male college freshman. I recently decided to lose weight and start maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At my peak (Christmas’ 07) I was 257 lbs. Today I’m at 230. I go for an hour long walk every day at my school’s Athletic Center, followed by some light lifting. Today I decided to ramp up my routine, and after 30 minutes of walking, I started jogging. I wanted to see if I could make it one mile without stopping. I made it (for the first time since 2003). About halfway through, however, I had a sharp pain in the left side of my chest (near my heart). Is this something I should be concerned about? I’d like to continue running as a part of my routine, but I don’t want to if it will jeopardize my health.

Sharp pain in LLQ?

I have a sharp pain on my left side (lower left quadrant), posterior to my hip bone. It is a very sharp pain that comes and goes and lasts about 5 seconds each time. When I experience this pain, it is accompanied by a similar “pin-point” pain in my left arm close to my elbow. These sharp pains feel the same but the pain in my LLQ is sharper. I have no idea what this could be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Quick Sharp Pain in ribs/ blood disease?

I get these sharp pains inside of my ribs it feels like, or inside of my lungs ribs. on the left side of my body, under my ****** where the ribs are, and side of ribs. whenever it occurs i catch my breath from shock of the pain. when i breathe inhale deeply or laugh or cough it hurts real bad, a lot of sharp pains come through, i usually hold myself and inhale very slowly, my knees buckling a bit, bending down. it occurs shortly like 10 seconds if i stay still, if i accidentally cough or laugh when it happens it stays longer until i stay still. i dont know what it is, it hasnt happened in a long time until a few days ago by being hungry and tired it also happened the time i was walking after lunch in the hallway, it happens during random times throughout lasy year (2007) to now possibly 2006 im not sure.

i believe i have okay posture, not bad not good. its alright. i have no idea no one has told me i had posture or said i i was whatever you said

What are these sharp ****** of pain in my back?

Somedays, when I’m walking, I suddenly receive these sharp ****** of pain in my back. It feels as if there is a needle stabbing me in the back. It feel like a muscle pain and it only happens from time to time. What could it be?

It is a sharp pain off and on. I have had it for a couple days. It’s not bad enough where I can’t wait or anything like that - but it does hurt.
it’s about an inch or so below my navel, and to the left near my hip bone. I am due to start my period in four days.
Well, I’m still having pain. I’ve decided to try and wait till monday to see my GP. My lower left abdomen is still hurting and every now and then I feel nauseous. Thanks for your helpful replies!

TTC, Clomid 100mg and pain in my side. ?

ok so i started clomid this month i took from the 20-25th of this month and for the last few days i get this sharp pain in my left side by my hip. i don’t know if its my ovary or what. Could this be because of ovulating? my husband hasn’t been home since august 12 and i had my period the 16-20th so i don’t think i can be pregnant but i don’t know. i have heard you get pain if your ovulating but i don’t know.

sharp pain! in different places of body that lasts only seconds?

So for the past couple days I’ve been getting a sharp stabbing pain in my left arm around the elbow…or more on the side of my arm…its not quit the elbow. It lasts a few seconds when It happens and its agonizing pain. before and after it happens my arm is perfectly fine. It happens every few hours. what could this be?

sometimes its other parts of my body…sharp pain that lasts only seconds…I tell my boyfriend that someones sticking a needle in my voo doo doll when It happens. Its so wierd. its been my arm the past couple days.

I’ve had this intermittent, sharp pain in my lower left abdomen since December. I am 24 years old. I went to the doctor in Feb. about it and he said it was a bladder infection and gave me Bactrim. It did not help my pain. I guess you could say the pain in right above my LEFT thigh.
